How it all happens:1 • Gathering PhaseVision of repurposing and selling items, desire to build diverse community, and the fun of creating and getting your hands dirty.
Host a Gathering • share the idea [Who we are document below] and see if there is interest [7 - 12 people]. Host a Commitment Night • each person interested fills out commitment card and signs up to be a founder. [Goal of 7 commitments] Once you have sufficient interest. 2 • Leaders/Founders PhaseCreate leadership team and grow founder group to 20 people. Sign a franchise agreement and start meeting weekly to create products to sell.

3 • Make & Market PhaseWeekly come together and create products to sell, schedule upcoming events to sell items. Share what's happening on social media and website and invite more makers to participate.

This phase is full of creative and innovative thinking and doing. Striving for goals and measuring successes. Micro-business, grants, fund & board development, capital campaigns, and more.
